Sutton Foster is an award-winning performer, dancer and actor who has been featured in eleven Broadway productions - including the revival of Violet and also played lead characters in Broadway performances that include The Drowsy Chaperone, Little Women, Young Frankenstein, Shrek The Musical, and her Tony Award-winning performance as a dancer and actor in Anything Goes and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Star Search was her first TV appearance at the age of fifteen. Then she appeared in Bunheads and Psych as well as Johnny and the Sprites and Flight of the Conchords. As a solo artist, Sutton has performed across the country and internationally, as well as along with their musical director Michael Rafter... featuring songs from her first solo CD "Wish" and her second album "An Evening With Sutton Foster: Live at the Cafe Carlyle." The singer has graced the stages of Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, the Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub among others. Ball State University awarded her an honorary degree in the year 2011 as well as continuing to instruct and guide the Department of Theatre and Dance. She has been starring in the TV show "Younger" produced by Darren Star, since March 2015.
